Hypervirulent carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (hv-CRAB) has emerged in bloodstream infections (BSI). Cases of BSI caused by hv-CRAB (hv-CRAB-BSI) had posed a significant threat to hospitalized patients.
