腹主动脉瘤是死亡率极高的心血管疾病之一，对其易感基因筛选和验证是研究疾病发生发展的重要方向，但腹主动脉瘤的形成原因非常复杂，是多个易感基因共同作用的结果。近年来全基因组关联分析已经初步鉴定出200余种可能与腹主动脉瘤相关的易感基因，但对于这些基因的研究尚在探索阶段。该文就近年来已有验证的重要易感基因的研究进展作一综述，供临床参考与借鉴。.
