PURPOSE: Osimertinib is an EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of EGFR-mutated (EGFRm)-driven lung adenocarcinomas. Osimertinib significantly improves progression-free survival in first-line-treated patients with EGFRm advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
