OBJECTIVES: To compare the long-term outcomes of three phenotypes of axial SpA (axSpA). METHODS: Patients with a clinical diagnosis of axSpA from the DESIR cohort were grouped into three phenotypes at baseline: 'Pure axSpA' ('Axial'), 'axSpA with peripheral signs' ('IBP+Peripheral') and 'axSpA at risk' ('At risk') by latent class analysis.
