BACKGROUND: Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorders (NMOSD) is an autoimmune syndrome that is frequently positive for Aquaporin 4 (AQP4) IgG or Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoproteins (MOG) IgG.
