Enasidenib (AG-221) is the only approved IDH2 inhibitor, clinical study found Enasidenib have some side-effects. In this work, we synthesized series of novel s-triazine derivatives, and the in vitro and in vivo activity of anti-AML has been studied using AM7577 model.
