Mismatch repair-deficient (MMRd) cancers have varied responses to immune-checkpoint blockade (ICB). We conducted a phase II clinical trial of the PD-1 inhibitor pembrolizumab in 24 patients with MMRd endometrial cancer (NCT02899793).
