. GSD Ib is characterized by hepatomegaly, recurrent hypoglycemia, neutropenia, and neutrophil dysfunction. Only seven pregnancies in four women with GSD Ib have been reported so far. We report on two further successful pregnancies in two patients with GSD Ib.
