To understand drought tolerance mechanism(s) in clusterbean (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), we conducted physiological, biochemical, and de novo comparative transcriptome analysis of drought-tolerant (RGC-1002) and drought-sensitive (RGC-1066) genotypes subjected to 30 days of drought stress.
