RATIONALE: Lipoprotein glomerulopathy (LPG) is a rare glomerular disease characterized by the deposition of lipoprotein thrombi in glomerular capillaries. The disease is characterized by proteinuria, progressive renal failure, and characteristic lipoprotein thrombosis in glomerular capillaries.
