Adenosine deaminase 2 deficiency (DADA2) is a rare inherited disorder that is caused by autosomal recessive mutations in the ADA2 gene. Clinical manifestations include early-onset lacunar strokes, vasculitis/vasculopathy, systemic inflammation, immunodeficiency, and hematologic defects.
