Non-small-cell lung carcinoma is a frequent type of lung cancer with a bad prognosis. Depending on the stage and genomics, several therapeutical approaches are used. Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitors (TKI) may be successful for a time in the treatment of EGFR-mutated non-small cells lung carcinoma.
