In our article published in Plant Physiology, we had reported tarani (tni) mutant in Arabidopsis, in which poly-ubiquitin hydrolysis is adversely affected, shows pleiotropic phenotypic defects including fewer lateral roots due to the stabilization of several AUX/IAAs and reduced auxin response.
