Cerebral and spinal cord high-flow arteriovenous fistulae (HFAVF) are part of the spectrum of lesions found in Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). HFAVF consist of communications between large arteries and veins without interposed nidi or capillary transitions.
