Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been involved in the process of lung cancer. Following clues given by lung cancer risk-associated SNP, we aimed to find novel functional lncRNAs as candidate targets in lung cancer.
