BACKGROUND: To explore the effect of BRAF inhibitor on epithelioid glioblastoma (Ep-GBM) with BRAFV600E mutation. METHODS: A patient of Ep-GBM with BRAFV600E mutation underwent BRAF inhibition therapy. The rationale behind combined BRAF and MEK inhibition in Ep-GBM was reviewed.
