A relative haplotype dosage (RHDO)-based method was developed and implemented into routine clinical practice for noninvasive prenatal diagnosis (NIPD) of multiple single-gene disorders: spinal muscular atrophy, Duchenne and Becker muscular dystrophies, and cystic fibrosis.
