In total, 102 cases diagnosed as lung adenocarcinoma with EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) sensitizing mutations (mEGFR) and had been treated with 1st ~ 2nd generation EGFR-TKI alone were enrolled for this study.
