We present here one of the first cases of virological failure during treatment with bictegravir/emtricitabine/tenofovir alafenamide (BIC/FTC/TAF). On March 2019, an antiretroviral-experienced HIV-infected patient was admitted to hospital because of cerebral toxoplasmosis.
