BACKGROUND: To evaluate the safety of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) for men with Y chromosome azoospermia factor (AZF) microdeletions. METHODS: Twenty-five men with Y chromosome microdeletions and their partners underwent ICSI treatment.
