Desbuquois dysplasia (DBQD) is an autosomal recessive heterogeneous disorder characterized by joint laxity and skeletal changes, including a distinctive monkey-wrench appearance of the femora, advanced carpal ossification, and abnormal patterning of the preaxial digits.
