Three new mutants were induced in a laboratory strain of Anopheles quadrimaculatus (Say), species A, by feeding adult males ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS). Rose eye (ro) is a recessive X-linked trait. Short antenna (Sa) and melanotic (Mel) are dominant autosomal traits that are lethal in the homozygous condition.
