The autosomal dominant progeroid form of cutis laxa is a recently identified multiple congenital anomaly disorder characterized by thin, wrinkled skin, a progeroid appearance, intra-uterine growth retardation, postnatal growth restriction, psychomotor developmental delay, microcephaly, cataract, hypotonia and contractures.
