OBJECTIVES: Juvenile polyps involving the stomach are uncommon. Massive gastric juvenile polyposis is even rarer. METHODS: We describe the clinicopathologic features of nine cases of massive gastric juvenile polyposis. RESULTS: All patients had anemia; four had hypoalbuminemia.
