OBJECTIVE: To investigate the distribution of Colton and Diego rare blood group antigens of blood donors in Chinese Xinjiang minorities. METHODS: A multiplex PCR was applied to screen for alleles antigens Dia and Cob in 1020 randomly selected healthy donors of Chinese Xinjiang minorities by using each 5 samples mixed detection method.
