BACKGROUND: Congenital nephrotic syndrome (CNS) of the Finnish type, NPHS1, is the most severe form of CNS. Outcomes of renal replacement therapy (RRT) in NPHS1 patients in Europe were analysed using data from the ESPN/ERA-EDTA Registry.
