Non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLCs) harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) rearrangement are generally responsive to treatment with ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). Crizotinib is the first-in-class TKI approved as front-line or salvage therapy in advanced ALK-rearranged NSCLC.
