We report a rare case of multiple primary lung tumors displaying heterogeneous EGFR and KRAS molecular profiles, in which the patient underwent surgical resection of the gefitinib-insensitive peripheral lesion and continued gefitinib treatment for the gefitinib-sensitive bilateral multiple ground-glass opacity (GGO) lesions.
