The native fluorescence (NFL) spectra of human cancerous and normal breast tissues were excited by a selected wavelength of 300 nm to investigate the efficacy of two key fluorophores: tryptophan and reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), as cancer biomarkers.
