The purpose of our study was to explore the difference between isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH)-1/2 gene mutation-positive and -negative high-grade gliomas (HGGs) using histogram analysis of apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and normalized cerebral blood volume (nCBV) maps.
