Using exome sequencing we identify a homozygous splice site mutation in the PIGN gene in a foetus with multiple congenital anomalies including bilateral diaphragmatic hernia, cardiovascular anomalies, segmental renal dysplasia, facial dysmorphism, cleft palate, and oligodactyly.
