PREMISE OF THE STUDY: Polyploidy is common in the grasses and low-copy nuclear loci are needed to further our understanding of phylogenetic relationships. METHODS AND RESULTS: Genetic and genomic resources were combined to identify loci known to influence plant and inflorescence architecture.
