AIM: To analyze the distribution of single nucleotide polymorphisms in Han ethnic population from Northern China. METHODS: Allele frequencies in a sample of healthy Chinese Hans (n = 204) were determined by polymerase chain reactions followed by restriction analyses with specific endonucleases.
