Molecular cytogenetic studies were carried out for localization of 18S and 5S ribosomal DNAs on chromosomes of three cyprinid fish species viz., T. khudree, T. mussullah and T. mosal mahanadicus using two color fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
