The novel allele human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A*11:01: 10 differs from HLA-A*11:01:10 by a synonymous nucleotide exchange at codon 146 in exon 2 (G/A). Here, we describe the identification of the novel allele HLA-A*11:01:10, which has been detected in a registered donor of the China Marrow Donor Program.
