Wolfram syndrome (WS) (MIM 222300) is a rare multisystem neurodegenerative disorder of autosomal recessive inheritance, also known as DIDMOAD (diabetes insipidus, insulin-deficient diabetes mellitus, optic atrophy and deafness).
