We show how to estimate expected waiting time to transplantation and match grade potential for each patient awaiting kidney transplantation on a multicenter waiting list. We predict that some easily well-matched patients may be unlikely to receive a well-matched graft through accepting an earlier offer of a poorly matched kidney.
