PURPOSE: To investigate CYP1B1 gene mutations in Arab-Bedouin Israeli patients with primary congenital glaucoma (PCG). METHODS: Testing linkage to candidate genes using adjacent polymorphic markers and sequencing of genomic DNA samples by standard methods.
