OBJECTIVES: Autoinflammatory diseases constitute a large spectrum of monogenic diseases like FMF or cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes (CAPS) and complex genetic trait diseases such as systemic onset juvenile idiopathic arthritis (SoJIA).
