Interactions between the dual Bcr/Abl and aurora kinase inhibitor MK-0457 and the histone deacetylase inhibitor vorinostat were examined in Bcr/Abl(+) leukemia cells, including those resistant to imatinib mesylate (IM), particularly those with the T315I mutation.
