In this paper, we report a boy with remarkable phenotype and noteworthy radiographic abnormalities. He presented with distinctive facies, mesomelic shortening and asymmetry of the extremities, symmetrical ulnar and fibular ray absence in the hands and feet, with unique hypoplastic/dysplastic radiographic abnormalities.
