Opitz G/BBB Syndrome (OS) is a multiple congenital anomaly disorder characterized by defects along the body midline. The disease is characterized by variable expressivity of signs that include hypertelorism, cleft lip and/or palate, laryngo-tracheo-esophageal abnormalities, cardiac defects, and hypospadias.
