The 16S ribosomal RNA sequences of Legionella pneumophila, L. erythra, L. hackeliae, L. spiritensis, L. longbeachae, L. bozemanii (Fluoribacter bozemanae) and L. micdadei (Tatlockia micdadei) were determined using reverse transcriptase.
