Cytosolic malate dehydrogenase (cytMDH) was captured by thioredoxin affinity chromatography as a possible target protein of cytosolic thioredoxin (Yamazaki, D., Motohashi, K., Kasama, T., Hara, Y., and Hisabori, T.
