The leading role of risk factors for the development of complications in case of an infection of the stomach mucous coat with virulent VacA-positive strains of Helicobacter pylori belonging to the s1/s2 subtype and characterized by a high amount of mixed genotypes of the VacA gene (64%)--was established....
