Pituitary response to exogenous gonadotrophin-releasing hormone (GnRH) was examined at a late stage of pregnancy in 10 Booroola-Assaf ewes heterozygous at the FecB locus (FecBFec+) and in 11 Assaf ewes that were non-carriers (Fec+Fec+).
