Wolfram syndrome(WFS, DIDMOAD syndrome) is an autosomal recessive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by juvenile-onset, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and optic atrophy, often accompanied by other symptoms including diabetes insipidus, neurosensory deafness, urinary tract and neurological abnormalities.
