The cribriform-morular variant (C-MV), an unusual and peculiar subtype of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), has been observed frequently in familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP)-associated thyroid carcinoma and also in sporadic thyroid carcinoma.
