Presence of porcine circovirus type 1 (PCV1) and PCV2 was studied in sera and superficial inguinal lymph nodes from postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome (PMWS)-affected and non-PMWS-affected pigs by using in situ hybridization and PCR.
