F13A01 FESFPS and vWA were extracted and amplified using denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver stain. The distribution of allete frequencies of F13A01, FESFPS and vWA loci in Jingpo ethnic group living in southwestern Yunnan province were investigated.
